My experience on epier was truly awful! I bid on something, won it and was unable to complete the transaction because I could not get in contact with the seller. She would not return e-mails, her listed phone number no longer belonged to her (so says the woman answering) and I even sent a letter through the regular US mail which resulted in some brief cryptic message from the seller about epier not working right and a promise to get back to me - that was months ago! I called epier staff who did not care to resolve the issue and actually brushed me off. I was patient and understanding about all of this. I do all sorts of business on other auction web sites. Trust me, my experience on epier is just plain crappy.
