Is advertising with banners on imagevenue worth the money? Submitted By:

I currently have banners on imagevenue and the hits i expected aren't coming in (~.18% CTR). The product i'm selling is for US/CAN only. That's why i chose that site because you are allowed to choose the demogrphics. Are there any other sites that you recommend that would serve my purpose & would reach a large audience? I want to better pinpoint my audience. Thanks

Hi seth_rf, There are tons of options to advertise your site to large audiences but if you don't have a lot of media buying resources to help you, I would use Google AdWords to maximize your budget. Note that Google Adwords allows you to post both text ads and standard baner/button ads. Also, Google AdWords allows you to target your audience, your keywords, and the sites your ads are displayed on. It also gives you flexibility on everything from daily budgets to what time of day the ads are served. And most importantly, you only pay when someone clicks on your ads. You don't have to worry about click through rates and impression costs (if you don't want to). Spend a few bucks on GoogleAdwords if you have not already. TheBoss
